For our Drug Substance Development department, we are currently recruiting for a fulltime Project Manager Cell banking and manufacturing platform
As Project Manager Cell banking of the manufacturing platform you will be responsible for and act as the single point of contact for cell culture knowledge maintenance both internally and towards external licensees that are using the company's cell platform. Your internal stakeholders will be the functional disciplines like Discovery, Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Legal and Business Development.
As the Project Manager, you will organize and lead project team meetings, coordinating and discussing, with the Technical lead the PER.C6® related tasks that are ongoing, but also to align critical PER.C6® work with the different vaccine project time lines. You will ensure adequate oversight of ongoing tasks, maintain and expand the knowledge database, identify risks and mitigate them with the team as well as ensuring regular updates will be provided to the project sponsor and the Vaccines Leadership team. You will also provide documentation to help with the preparation of technical reports, manuscripts, and other documents that record data or results supporting the use of our cell line.
External stakeholder/ licensee interaction consists of knowledge of their programs involving PER.C6® and their status, for example generating and maintaining an overview of development phases of external assets using the PER.C6® cell line. In this role, you will also be required to support finance and legal with the required updates regarding fees payments, royalty updates and contract change requests by licensees.
This is a unique role operating on the interface of a number of scientific and business-related disciplines for which affinity for the content is required.
- MSc or PhD degree in life sciences and or another relevant discipline
- 4-6 years relevant work experience in a (technical) project management rol
- Strong affiliation and proven track record within Project management tool
- Knowledge of and familiarity with the regulatory guidelines associated with cGMP manufacturing and cell banking
- Fluency in English is required and the ability to speak Dutch is a pre
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of interaction both internally and externally
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to manage complexity and deal with uncertainty
