To help address the growing need for well-trained production personnel in the Life Sciences industry, Talentmark and Biotech Training Facility (BTF) are joining forces to accelerate the supply of GMP-qualified Operators.
Without proper GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) knowledge, production processes can slow down, quality may be compromised, and safety risks increase. Well-trained operators are essential, and in short supply. This new collaboration aims to change that.
“No single organization can solve the Operator shortage alone,” says Robin van Woerden, Managing Director at Talentmark. “That’s why we are expanding our training partnership with Biotech Training Facility.”
By combining Talentmark’s expertise in talent acquisition with BTF’s practical training in GMP and cleanroom environments, the partnership ensures a greater influx of job-ready Operators. For companies, this translates to:
– A larger pool of qualified GMP Operator candidates
– Faster onboarding and quicker productivity
– Enhanced quality and consistency in production processes
“This collaboration enables us to structurally support companies facing production staff shortages by delivering targeted, hands-on training,” adds Judith van der Zwan, Senior Director Business Development at Biotech Training Facility.
