Leiden Bio Science Park Football Competition – Autumn Edition

The Autumn Edition of the Leiden Bio Science Park Football Competition kicks off soon, and registration is open until August 26. Matches will take place either on Thursdays (August 28, September 4, 11, 18, 25, October 9, 16, 23) or on Tuesdays (September 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, October 7, 14, 21). 

The competition is played in the popular seven-a-side format, making it ideal for all skill levels. Whether you are an experienced player or simply looking for a fun way to spend time after work, the focus is on fair play, teamwork, and enjoying the game. There are no referees, no sliding tackles, and no iron cleats allowed. 

Games are held at the University Sports Centre hockey fields from 17:00 to 18:00, either weekly or every other week. Teams can have between four and eight players.
