We’d like to introduce you to our Labs31 & Labolutions team through an informal mini-seminar, to inform you about  the latest smart BIM REVIT lab design innovations.

Labs31 currently developed (optional) 4D BIM REVIT laboratory design module, which is as far as we can tell, unique in Europe. Labs31 design module allows us also to present our designs via our basic 3D lab design but we are able for  rendering impressions, video laboratory gamification, and/or (live-)  walkthroughs.

We’re happy to demonstrate and show you the many advantages in the pre-design, design, construction, installation, and realization phases, as well as during project management, lab relocation and move-in planning, and maintenance. Using the 4th dimension, Labs31 also design (optional)  laboratory  equipment on, in, or next to the lab tables and/or in the laboratory, including all the corresponding data as : foot print en dimensions, heat load, (emergency power, technical and pure gasses waste management

Due the fact that the mini seminar is in the BioPartner 5 building The First Paris Proof Building in the Netherlands, Labs31 & Labolutions invited Josse Popma of Popma Ter Steege Architects  to tell more about all the  ins and outs of the first unique incubator building including a short tour thru the circular building.
