Production Operator for day-shifts only, no night/weekend availability required!

As a Production Operator you will be responsible for assisting in the aseptic handling and manufacturing of injectable pharmaceutical products in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong attention to detail and have a basic understanding of GMP regulations.


Responsibilities

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our team!

  • Aseptic Production Support: Assist in production activities for injectable products in an aseptic environment, ensuring adherence to GMP standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Learn to operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment, including sterilizers, filling machines, and other related devices under supervision.
  • Documentation: Help complete batch records, logbooks, and other required documentation accurately to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Control: Assist in conducting in-process quality checks and ensure that all products meet specified quality standards.
  • Cleanroom Maintenance: Support the maintenance of the cleanliness and aseptic conditions of the production area, including regular cleaning and disinfection procedures.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to GMP and safety.
  • Troubleshooting: Learn to identify and assist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
  • Training: Participate in training programs to develop a strong understanding of GMP regulations and aseptic techniques.

Profile

We are looking for a Production Operator with the following profile

  • Secondary or vocational degree; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in a GMP-regulated environment or pharmaceutical production is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of GMP regulations and aseptic techniques is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

This position requires standing, walking, bending and lifting for extended periods therefore it is important for a candidate to be in a good physical condition, able to perform this manual labor.
