As a QC (Sr.) technician you are responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our production and development of injectable medications. You will play a critical role in the inspection and testing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. This position demands a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of quality control procedures in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities
Your role and responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, stability studies and finished drug products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications
- Prepare comprehensive reports results for management
- Act as delegate for QC supervisor
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections and testing activities, including test results, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Ensure all processes comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal and external audits and inspections if required
- Analyze test data to identify trends, potential quality issues and opportunities for process improvement
- Work closely with development, production, quality assurance teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process
- Provide training to staff on quality control procedures, standards and regulatory requirements.

- You enjoy staying updated on industry best practices and advancements in quality control technologies
- High school or vocational degree and 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical QC laboratoryGMP knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of electronic lab notebooks and empowerment is a pre
- For Sr. QC technicians; experience in QC relevant testing techniques such as HPLC, GC, dissolution, KF and coaching, motivating and guiding interns and team members
