CPM offers advanced mass spectrometry and complementary technologies for in-depth analysis of proteins, metabolites, lipids and glycans, facilitating molecular profiling of biological samples. The facility supports method development, data interpretation, and integrative omics research across biomedical themes.

The Flow cytometry Core Facility offers flow cytometry, cell sorting and mass cytometry services to a broad user base in both research and diagnostics.

The FCF offers state-of-the-art instrumentation that can be used autonomously by its users on a 24/7 basis. In addition, to ensure the generation of high-quality data, the FCF offers hands-on training, education, consultancy and on-site support on instrument use, experimental design and data analysis for complex cellular phenotyping.

For the most complex instrumentation such as (imaging) cell sorters and mass cytometers, the FCF offers operator-assisted services where highly skilled operators perform experiments for researchers. 

The Leiden Genome Technology Center (LGTC) specializes in state-of-the-art genomics and transcriptomics, including single-cell, spatial, and long-read sequencing technologies. The LGTCprovides comprehensive support from sample preparation to data acquisition and offers tailored workflows for complex genomic studies.
