Marketing & Communicatie Specialist at Cell Signaling Technology Europe

Mission

Responsible for identifying, developing, implementing and evaluating marketing communication strategies, based on European market knowledge and in line with company objectives, brand recognition and budgetary guidelines to maintain and support the growth of Cell Signaling Technology Europe B.V.

Tasks

  • To manage and be accountable for CST-EU marketing communications efforts through developing, executing and evaluating tactical MarCom activities including emailing’s, promotions and digital outings
  • To ensure impactful messaging by understanding local market requirements and determine related target markets and product positioning
  • To manage and execute targeted lead generation campaigns that result in sales ready opportunities and maximized ROI
  • To create (local) sales tools that support commercial teams and convey CST’s value proposition
  • To brainstorm and develop ideas for creative European marketing tactics
  • To collaborate closely with (global) Product Management & (global) Marketing Communication teams to ensure alignment with goals and consistency in messaging
  • To effectively utilize marketing automation and SFDC tools for digital engagement
  • To support development of localized website content
  • To support and work closely with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • To provide editorial or review support for new product launches, presentations etc.
  • To gather European market intelligence incl. but not limited to: funding, market dynamics, customer buying behaviour, purchasing platforms and competitors activities
  • To understand product portfolio change programs in order to develop and implement effective customer communication
  • To develop and play a role in delivering presentations to customer and colleagues
  • To participate in local conferences and (joined) customer visits
  • To maintain CRM system from a marketing perspective (fill customer database, enter leads etc.)
  • To execute administrative responsibilities: monthly operational reports, expenses, and other operational requirements

Requirements 

  • BA or Master in Cell Biology or similar
  • At least 6 years Marketing experience in Life Science
  • Proven experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent marketing writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent communication & organization skills
  • Fluent in English
