Technician at HAL Allergy
As a Technician you are involved in the development, improvement, (pre-)validation and implementation of analytical methods. You will be practically active in the laboratory, writs scientific reports, and interact with other departments, such as Process Development, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Control.
As a Technician you are responsible for the development, improvement and qualification of analytical methods, such as ELISA, SDS-PAGE, immunoblotting, protein content and H(U)PLC. You contribute to troubleshooting with respect to analytical methods, and initiate improvements.
You provide high-quality work and always check that new and improved analytical methods comply with relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g. GMP).
You report experimental results and support/maintain laboratory activities (e.g., chemicals, instruments).
You have a bachelor degree biochemistry/biology with at least three years relevant experience with analytical methods, such as ELISA, SDS-PAGE, immunoblotting, protein content and H(U)PLC. You have recent experience with tech transfer from development to QC.
