International business, business travel and cross-border employment have become an indispensable part of the dynamic HR world. International mobility also means that you will have to deal with the rules and legislation of other countries. This brings with it unique challenges and questions.
Do you have a foreign employee who comes to work in the Netherlands? Then you may have to apply for a work permit. In which situations is this the case? What are the risks if you do not follow these regulations? Is your knowledge still completely up-to-date, even after Brexit?

Of course, you will also have to deal with the employment law consequences of international employment. Which contract form do you choose? Which specific legislation do you have to take into account? And what about dismissal in international situations? We will address all these issues and make room for practical questions.
