At Mind Retreat Company, we believe that mindfulness is not a luxury, but a practical skill that anyone can learn and apply—especially during work. When people learn to slow down, regulate their attention, and manage stress more effectively, space is created. Space for clear choices, better collaboration, and greater job satisfaction.
In collaboration with BioPartner Leiden, we are offering two free mindfulness sessions for employers and employees who want to experience what mindfulness can achieve in the workplace.

During Back to Balance Week, we invite you to experience this for yourself. In these practical sessions, you will be introduced to mindfulness and stress reduction in an accessible way. No “fluff”—just directly applicable techniques that you can use at work the very same day.

Please note: Spots are limited; registration is mandatory. Employees of BioPartner tenants will be given priority in the event of oversubscription. If availability allowed, we recommend registering for both dates so that you not only get to know mindfulness but also experience the benefits of repetition and integration.
