Job description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic analytical chemist to join our R&D team. You will play a role in the characterization and formulation of our biological crop protection products. Your expertise will contribute directly to the optimization of our downstream processing and formulation processes, ensuring product consistency, stability, and efficacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical method development and validation, focusing on HPLC (preferably using Waters systems).
• Conduct chemical characterization of active compounds used in our formulations.
• Optimize downstream processing workflows, including purification and extraction methods.
• Develop and refine formulation strategies to enhance the stability and performance of our products.
• Collaborate closely with our R&D team to ensure seamless integration of analytical results into product development.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in analytical chemistry, downstream processing, or formulation.
• BSc or MSc in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC and chromatography techniques (experience with Waters systems is a plus).
• Background in downstream processing and fermentation products.
• Experience with formulation of biologics, agrochemicals, or pharmaceutical products is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative research environment.
