Good Biomarker Sciences are pleased to announce that our Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP) accreditation was extended for 2 years period by Qualogy 2002 Ltd, a certified auditor of the Research Quality Association (RQA), UK.
The analysis of samples collected from healthy volunteers and patients participating in clinical trials forms an essential part of the clinical trials process and provides important data on a range of endpoints. Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP) is intended to provide guidance on the quality system that can be applied internationally by organisations and companies that undertake analyses of samples from clinical trials. This includes guidance on the facilities, systems and procedures that should be present to assure patient safety as well as the reliability, quality and integrity of the work and results generated during their contribution to a clinical trial. GCLP is intended to ensure that the requirements of GCP applicable to the analysis of clinical samples are met.
This accreditation is an important milestone in the continuing growth and success of Good Biomarker Sciences. Pursuing accreditation shows our commitment to providing the highest levels of quality services to our clients.
Good Biomarker Sciences are proud to have met the challenge of recent audit, and intend to consistently uphold the principles of quality improvement in our services in the future.
