Equals, together with the Municipality of Leiden and Leiden Bio Science Park, is launching a role-model campaign during Techweek in November. The aim: to spotlight women in tech and life sciences, increase representation, and inspire future talent.
We invite organisations to nominate a female colleague working in Bio Science, tech, AI, quantum or IT. By joining, your organisation not only contributes to greater visibility and diversity, but also positions itself as a workplace where inclusivity and role models take centre stage.
