Leiden, January 30th — The Stichting LBSP (Leiden Bio Science Park Foundation) is proud to announce the partnership with 360Pharma, supported by the Career Lab initiative, to launch an advanced talent portal on the 16th March 2025. This platform is set to revolutionize the recruitment landscape for HR professionals and talent within the park.

Unlike traditional job boards, this new portal offers a comprehensive HR toolbox that goes beyond listing vacancies. Key features include:

  • Campaign Pages
  • Build-in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Vacancy Trend Dashboard
  • Assessment Toolbox
  • Storyboard and Employer Branding Pages
  • Vlog Technology

By integrating our talent databases, the portal provides access to over 50,000 talents in the Netherlands and Belgium, with a total reach of 130,000 profiles and followers across the EMEA region in the LSH, Pharma and Med Tech. This strategic initiative will enable startups, scale-ups, and larger companies within the park to attract and retain top talent for the LBSP.

“The portal must be accessible, affordable, and inclusive,” said Ray de Lima, owner of 360Pharma BV. “Through a subscription model, we aim to support startups and scale-ups at the park while providing larger companies with a strategic recruitment tool. Unlimited job postings will only strengthen the park’s ability to attract talent.”

Frank Helmus, Chairman of the Career Lab initiative and Global Redeployment Manager at Johnson & Johnson, emphasized the importance of the platform: “It’s time we provide startups- and scale-ups with the tools they need to build their human capital. Sharing talent stories and supporting recruiters at a fair price is crucial. In my current role at J&J, I see the significance of a strong job portal for talent retention, both during growth phases and restructuring. We’ve witnessed the value of helping employees find opportunities at the LBSP, and this collective HR effort is a testament to our commitment.”

The platform is designed to foster collaboration among companies at Leiden Bio Science Park, enhancing the overall talent ecosystem. The initiative underscores the shared vision of creating a robust HR community that ensures the sustainable growth of the park.

Stichting LBSP and 360Pharma are calling on all companies within the park to join this effort. Together, we can build a thriving, connected, and innovative talent hub.
