The Faculty of Humanities at Leiden University and Leiden Knowledge City organize the European Day of Languages and Cultures on Friday, 25 September at Leiden City Hall.
International business success requires more than economic knowledge alone. Understanding language, culture and geopolitical developments is increasingly important for building lasting international relationships, entering new markets and responding to global challenges.
During this event, representatives from business, government and academia will come together to explore these topics. Following a keynote by Carolien Stolte on working with India, you can join interactive roundtable discussions on topics including geopolitics, China and cybersecurity, large language models (AI), intercultural communication and international collaboration. The afternoon will conclude with a networking reception.
