Labs31 moved to Leiden Bio Science Park

From the Van Nelle Factory to BioPartner 5, from heritage to future, from start-up to innovative lab design agency.  After an inspiring and innovative seven-year start at the iconic Van Nelle Factory in Rotterdam, Labs31 is moving to the BioPartner 5 building at Leiden Bio Science Park – the first Paris-proof building in the Netherlands. A logical next step in our mission to make laboratories smarter, more sustainable, and safer. This move marks a new phase focused on innovation, circularity, digitalisation and collaboration.

Stronger Together with Labolutions
At our new location, we are partnering up and building close synergy with our sister company, Labolutions, a supplier of high-quality laboratory equipment and turnkey smart lab and interactive lab furniture solutions. By collaborating under one roof in the BioPartner 5 building, we are strengthening the collaboration between design, technology, and implementation.

This creates a powerful ecosystem in which laboratory design, furnishing, digitalisation and installation seamlessly integrate. This step allows us to support our clients even better. From the initial design and 3D model to equipment selection, setup, and delivery. All from a single, integrated location in the heart of the Leiden Bio Science Park.
