The Steyaert Lab applies Nanobodies in X-ray crystallography and cryo-EM, aiming at the highest hanging fruits in structural biology. The Steyaert Lab also engineers Nanobodies for applications in biotechnology, molecular pharmacology and drug discovery, and explores new modes of therapeutic intervention to develop first-in-class drugs.
