As part of the BioPartner entrepreneurship support and services, we offer workshops to our tenants, free of charge. And sometimes we invite the wider community of the Leiden Bio Science Park. In June, we invite Timi Csontos, an #IamRemarkable facilitor, to help us in understanding and working on self-promotion!
#IamRemarkable workshop:
Iamremarkable is a global movement that empowers everyone to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond, while challenging the social perception around self-promotion.
People who attend the #IAmRemarkable workshop learn about the importance of self-promotion in their personal and professional lives, and learn ways to increase their confidence and comfort in this skill.
What are we going to do?
In this interactive session, you will participate in group discussions and exercises to increase your comfort and confidence in self-promotion. we will:
- reflect on our own limiting beliefs on self-promotion.
- share data and research regarding self-promotion and bias.
- go through the main exercise to help you identify and share your achievements.
- wrap up with discussion and take home exercises.
We invite you to join regardless of age, gender or position.
About the trainer, Timi Csontos:
I am a people and organizational culture developer and coach who helps leaders create workplaces where people truly want to be. I guide leaders to see their blind spots and build environments where everyone feels valued. As an owner of my own brand, My Best Self, I partner with organizations committed to long-term transformation, helping them shape their culture – the accepted behaviors that define how people communicate, collaborate, and ultimately succeed together.
