As part of efforts to further the goals of the Human Capital Agenda of the Leiden Bio Science park, we organize recurring HR Round table Sessions. The goal of these sessions is to facilitate discussion and knowledge exchange on topics concerning the HR community as well as providing an informal networking opportunity for HR professionals in the HR community at the Leiden Bio Science park. Each session we kick of with an update on Human Capital developments, followed by a discussion on pre-selected topics determined by the community. For the upcoming event we’ve selected Employee Development & Career paths to discuss in the session. We hope you’ll join in to spar and share your thoughts on these topics and of course network with your peers.

The HR Round table events are specifically aimed at the HR community of HR Managers, HR Professionals, HR Business partners, etc. active at companies located at the Leiden Bio Science Park. Participation is based on invite-only.
