Impact Fair 2025

Impactfair participants wanted!

Leiden University will be at the second edition of the Impact Fair at the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht on April 3, 4 and 5, 2025. The Impact Fair is a trade and lifestyle fair intended for everyone who wants to contribute in a positive way to the world of tomorrow. The fair offers visitors inspiration and concrete tools for those contributions in three clustered themes: Biosphere, Society and Economy. Specifically, the fair serves two audiences: decision makers, policy makers and business (expected primarily on Thursday, April 3 and Friday, April 4), and consumers/families (Saturday, April 5).

The University will set up its booth (4x3m) so that during the fair days multiple activities can present themselves, via a block schedule. We aim for each activity to be visible for two hours at the booth.

The intention is for participants to show the fair how their work contributes to the above themes. Some criteria the activity must meet are:

The activity must be interactive;
The activity gives visitors concrete tools to bring about change in their own work or private lives.
