Do you get excited about cutting-edge 3D tissue and disease modeling technologies? Do you like helping scientists to achieve their ambitious goals? Then join our dynamic and fast-paced team now. You will build solution-based relationships with customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. You will establish a network of pharmaceutical and biotech companies, based on our groundbreaking and versatile OrganoPlate® organ-on-a-chip technology. In addition, you will work towards strategic partnerships, in close collaboration with our Business Development team. For this role, you need strong interpersonal skills and a high commercial drive.

Responsibilities

  • Build and foster strong relationships with existing and new clients in pharma, biotech, and food industry;
  • Achieve revenue goals for product sales and fee-for-services offerings in your territory;
  • Synergize with business development, marketing, and product management to identify and implement innovative commercial strategies and deep commercial partnerships;
  • Report and communicate sales activities, results, and market feedback verbally and in writing;

Profile

  • You have at least 5 years of selling experience in the preclinical life science/biotech space, preferably with disruptive, new-to-the-world products;
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and want to understand what your customers really need;
  • You have a background in molecular biology, biomedical sciences, or equivalent;
  • You are a goal-getter, enthusiastic about bringing cutting edge technologies to customers;
  • You are willing to travel up to 60% of the time (pending safety and travel restrictions);
  • Preferred: you speak fluent German and/or French in addition to English;
  • Preferred: you are located close to our customer hubs in Munich.
